The Right and Left Hemispheres

The brain is a very complex organ, and has many different layers. The brain is broken up into two parts: The right and left hemisphere. The two hemispheres communicate with one another with the help of the corpus callosum, which is a thick band of nerve fibers. As you can see to the left a picture that helps better illustrate the left and right hemisphere, and how each one operates.
